Buying your product, duty-free, is very easy:

Turn our duty free mode on before you start shopping
2. Complete and print the form
Fill out a duty free request form after checkout
3. Sign and submit
Bring your complete and signed form and 4 copies of your ID or passport to an aeropost store.
4. Track your package
Use your account, our mobile app or plug-in to track the status of your orders.
5. Enjoy!
Get your orders delivered at home or pick them up at your favorite aeropost store.
