We hereby inform you that aeropost ceased operations in your country as of March 31st, 2026.

Thank you for the opportunity you have given us in bringing your online purchases to you. As we close our operations, we are preparing for a smooth transition.

We understand that our former in-country agents have arranged alternative shipping solutions for you, which is excellent news. However, please note that while these agents may continue to support you independently, Aeropost will no longer be affiliated with any business or services after March 31, aside from the limited transition period outlined below.

From aeropost’s side, we would like to offer you the following options:

Packages in Miami:

If you have any packages currently in Miami or expected to arrive before March 31, please ensure that shipping arrangements are completed prior to the closing date. This includes confirming that payment has been made and that the corresponding commercial invoice is attached to the parcel.

Packages en-route to Miami:

If packages arrive after March 31, or if existing packages are not shipped before that date, you may choose from the following options:

Contact our former agent if you wish to continue service through their alternative solution.
Request a return of your packages to the original store/seller. For this option, we will need your assistance in obtaining a return authorization from the merchant (RMA).
Request shipment to another address within the United States. You may ask us for a courier shipping quote. Once payment is completed, we will proceed with the shipment.
Opt to abandon your package.
