Returns and Refunds

The Return Service for purchases made through Aeropost.com

The Return Service can be applied to orders from the Aeropost.com platform only for the countries where purchases are available .

To access the Return Service for orders purchased through our Aeropost.com platform, strictly necessary for the Customer to provide valid one (1) valid government-issued photo ID

Once this requirement is met, Aeropost will proceed to review and corroborate, based on customs records, weight of the items and photographic records, that the package(s) returned by the Customer are the same(s) received through our service.

Aeropost.com returns are allowed through Aeropost stores as long as the following requirements are met:

The Return Service must be invoked within a period of up to one month* (from date to date) after;

  • Delivered to Customer in an Aeropost Store (Package Status: Ready for Pickup).
  • Ready for Pickup in Aeropost Locker.
  • Be delivered by Delivery Route, either at home or office (Package Status: First attempt).
  • Stored in Warehouse: pending payment for delivery.
  • Before anyone Of the four assumptions, it is strictly necessary to review the package or packages to verify that it is the same as the one delivered, and sign the delivery certificate.
  • Aeropost reserves the right to return the package to the vendor or reimburse the Customer for the amount paid for it.

*if a different standard applies in your country, local legislation is respected.

The merchandise must not present damage, blows, missing or alterations.

The Returns Service from Aeropost.com LLC will apply the same Returns policy of the seller provided in the ¨purchase link¨ given by the Customer or up to one month* (from date to date) whatever happens first. The foregoing applies to items whose condition is ¨ new (packed and sealed by original manufacturer) ¨, in the case of those items whose condition is not as aforementioned, including “open”, ”used” or ”refurbished”, Aeropost.com reserves the right to offer the return service.

The item must be in its original conditions, which are specified on the purchase invoice.

To use the Returns Service on spare parts and automotive parts, they require that the products must be clean, free of grease, oil, and fuel.

For items purchased through Aeropost.com and whose return time has expired, but has a manufacturer's guarantee, Aeropost will contact the manufacturer or seller, validate the guarantee and if the response from the manufacturer is positive, Aeropost will carry out the return at no additional cost for a maximum period of one calendar year of:

  • Delivered to Customer in an Aeropost Store (Package Status: Ready for Pickup).
  • Ready for Pickup in Aeropost Locker.
  • Be delivered by Delivery Route, either at home or office (Package Status: First attempt).
  • Stored in Warehouse: pending payment for delivery.

In the event that the return is processed and the manufacturer sends a new item, it will be the Customer who must assume the taxes and associated charges as if it were a new shipment .

Refunds

Refunds will be made by the same payment method at the time of making the purchase at Aeropost.com. In the event that it is not possible to use the same payment method , the refund will be made as credit (balance in favor of the Customer) to the Customer's account at Aeropost.com or by bank transfer to the account of the holder of the account used to make the purchase. In the event that the credit/debit card does not belong to the account holder, you must provide the bank account of the cardholder who executed the payment.

Guarantee for purchases made through Aeropost.com

In the event of damage or missing items, they must be notified within a MAXIMUM period of ten business days* (Monday to Saturday) after:

  • Delivered to Customer in an Aeropost Store (Package Status: Ready for Pickup).
  • Ready for Pickup in Aeropost Locker.
  • Be delivered by Delivery Route, either at home or office (Package Status: First attempt).
  • Stored in Warehouse: pending payment for delivery.

*if a different standard applies in your country, local legislation is respected.

The Guarantee for damages or shortages is also applied to the Heavyweight service through purchases made through Aeropost.com in the countries where it is available.

Exclusions and conditions for merchandise

The Returns Service from Aeropost.com LLC will apply the same Returns policy of the seller provided in the ¨purchase link¨ given by the Customer or up to one month* (from date to date) whatever happens first.
