How to buy?

You may pay in My Account, using your international debit or credit card, or PayPal.

Online payments are reimbursed to the payment method used for the transaction (credit or debit card, PayPal, etc.). The customer may choose to have cash, credit card or debit card payments made in store reimbursed through one of the following account credit or transaction reversal to the payment method used for the transaction. It may take 3 to 5 business days for credits to reflect in the customer’s account; it may take up to 60 days for reversals to reflect in the customer’s bank account (subject to banking institutions’ policies).

No. Our offices in Miami are closed on weekends.

Packages are received Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local Miami time.

My Account

What it is My Account?

My Account is the easiest way to access your account information through our website. When your account is activated, you will get an email with your My Account password and you will be able to:

  • View current account activity.
  • Review and update your account information.

If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link located on the My Account login at the top of this page. You will be asked to enter your country and account number, a few seconds later you will receive an email with your password.

Packages are registered in My Account when they reach our Miami warehouse. A standard shipment within the U.S. usually takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive in Miami.

When they reach our warehouse, an Aerotrack number is assigned, which allows the package to be registered in our system.

Warranty & Returns Program

Aeropost offers a unique package protection program, which allows you to return the product to the vendor in the U.S. Learn more about the conditions of this program.

Yes, it covers the value of your order in case it has a damage due to the transportation process

Yes, Aeropost will proceed to review and corroborate, based on customs records, weight of the items and photographic records, that the package(s) returned by the Customer are the same(s) received through our service. For more detail of the process please review Terms and Conditions.

Aeropost.com returns are allowed through Aeropost stores.

Order Tracking

Once you pay for a purchase made through our site, you can track orders in My Account. Go to "My Order" and select "View Details" to see the shipping status.
